Landlord Ally

SMS opt-in and messaging consent

Landlord Ally can send text messages to tenants about their maintenance requests. SMS consent is completely optional: tenants can create an account, use Landlord Ally, and submit and follow maintenance requests without agreeing to receive text messages. Tenants who want texts give express written consent by entering their mobile number and actively checking the unchecked, optional consent box below. Consent is never a condition of renting, of creating an account, or of having a maintenance request handled, and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

SMS consent is optional

The SMS checkbox is separate from accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Leaving it unchecked does not block account creation or maintenance request submission — updates are still available in the tenant portal.

Tenant SMS opt-in form

This is the exact optional opt-in shown on the tenant sign-up form and on the maintenance request form. The box is unchecked by default, requires an active tap or click, and the form can be submitted with or without it.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, using Landlord Ally, or submitting a maintenance request. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
